How can your Capability building link to other school improvement processes?

Many of your staff will be comfortable coming forward and offering their ‘expertise’; those that don’t, but who demonstrate they have the skills and knowledge, can be an extremely valuable asset to the school. Developing their capabilities by encouraging them to lead on training activities will demonstrate your leadership is focused on developing your staff to be the best they can be.

Of course, a huge benefit to this approach is that the cost of training is lower but by using Mosaic the school is able to access the same level of feedback and analysis for internal events as it does external consultants. This valuable feedback can be used as evidence to support an individual’s career progression and their capacity to lead.
